Rachel Cox

Rachel is a native of Tupelo and received her Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Ole Miss in 2002. Rachel began her career at Tupelo Wellness in 2021 and was soon promoted to Office Manager. As the manager at the time, Rachel was given the opportunity to take ownership of Tupelo Wellness in July of 2024. Her goal was to implement more rewarding benefits to personal wellbeing other than solely offering weight loss solutions. As the new owner, she has added IV therapy, HRT services as well as an aesthetics division to provide a more comprehensive outlook on wellness.

Jennifer Bolen

Jennifer is a native of New Albany, MS and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Delta State in 1997. After many years of nursing and raising her children, she received her Master of Science degree in Nursing from the Mississippi University for Women in 2019. As a NP, she has worked primary care, aesthetics and obesity medicine. Jennifers aim at Tupelo Wellness is to individualize care for each patient to help them reach their wellness goals and not only look their best, but feel their best!

Katie Sanders

Katie is originally from Pontotoc, but has set roots down in Saltillo. She earned her Associates of Arts from ICC in 2017, her Bachelor of Nursing degree in 2020 from UMMC, and her doctorate from UAB in 2024. As an NP, Katie has worked urgent and primary care, but has enjoyed partaking in lifestyle medicine as well. Katie's goal at Tupelo Wellness is to encourage all of her patients to use the tools the clinic can provide to take control of how they perceive themselves, improve their overall mood, self esteem, and quality of life.

Jordan Johnson

Jordan is a Mooreville, MS native but has since moved to Mantachie, MS with her husband. Jordan graduated with her license in Esthetics from The Ivy Institute of Esthetics in Memphis in 2023. Jordan specializes in customized facials and is passionate about skincare treatments, product knowledge, and product education for her clients. She realized her passion for skincare at a young age when she started to have problems with her own skin and was always trying new products to see what would work for her and her skin. Jordan’s goal for each and every client that walks into her treatment room is to find them a skincare regimen that makes them feel confident in their skin. She wants all clients to feel comfortable and relaxed but also confident that their skin care concerns are being addressed.
